General terms and Conditions :

10% discount for stays of 3 to 5 nights and 15% for stays over 5 nights. For any reservation request, it is requested a deposit of 40% of the total stay. For stays of one night is requested a deposit equal to the total of the night. Any reservation becomes firm and when the final installment was paid and cashed. The payment of this deposit is equivalent to acceptance of terms. The total stay will be payable on arrival to the host. The amount of the deposit will be refunded if cancellation occurs 30 days before the arrival date less 10 € fee. In case of late cancellation (less than 30 days), the deposit will be retained. In case of shortened stay, the deposit is not refundable and the entire stay is duty.
