Saskia and Martijn welcome you to this former Cistercian Abbey in the green heart of France. The historic complex with 5. 5 ha of park offers charming guest rooms in the main building, holiday apartments in the outbuildings and romantic gipsy caravans at the edge of the forest. In the evening, they invite their guests to join them for an excellent dinner at the table d'hôtes: outside to a festive covered long table, or inside in the Grand Salon with its huge fireplace. Chambre du Jardin. Spacious double room (40 m²) with double bed. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, toilet and shower, hairdryer, toiletries. Free Wi-Fi in the room (no tv), small refrigerator and coffee/tea facilities. Nonsmoking. The breakfast is included in the room price. L’Abbaye du Palais doesn’t have a restaurant, so it isn’t possible to book a table for a romantic dinner. However, it is possible to sate your taste buds with a delicious dinner at the hosts’ table, which is prepared with care. The menus often have fish and/or a meat dish. Different culinary preferences are taken into account (for example, vegetarians). Rates 2017 in EUROS. We require a deposit of 40% of the total amount due.High season from Saturday 7 July - Saturday 2 september. The accommodation is available from 4 pm (day of arrival) until 10 am (gîtes and gipsy caravans) on the day of departure. Free Wi-Fi is available in all accommodations. Please make your reservation for dinner (served every evening except on Wednesdays) 1 day before arrival at latest. Animals are not admitted on the rooms and the main building. In the gîtes and gipsy caravans an animal is accepted after consultation (surcharge).
