WelcomeIn the heart of Périgord Pourpre, just a few km from Bergerac and from the castle of Monbazillac come and relax in a completely renovated peaceful former wine farm, surrounded by vineyards. Four large and comfortable rooms with great character, await you overlooking magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The village of Saussignac, famous for its wine, is located in the Dordogne, where the Gironde and Lot-et-Garonne departments meet. The old days’ genuineness and charm of the estate have been preserved in its restoration. A beautiful reception hall was entirely redone to welcome you for breakfast and dinner; it interconnects with a sitting room where you can either relax or prepare your next day activities, since leaflets, maps and tourist information on the region are available there, but also a tv set, decks of cards and board games, books and magazines. There is a salted water 10 x 5 metres swimming pool which is in perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape. Quietness and peacefulness are the estate’s main assets. In order for you to get the best out of your stay, we can suggest places of interest to visit, strolls to take or any other activity answering your expectations and tastes. |      |
