Old varieties of wines in the Dauphine areaDiscover the wines of the Dauphiné, prepared with old vines that are again grown and vinified in the land of Balmes and Grésivaudan. All-inclusive stay: night at the chateau, wine tasting, dinner, breakfast, discovery of the site of the Cistercian abbey of BonnevauxDetails of your stay* Arrival at Chateau de Bonnevaux late afternoon and settling in your room.* At cocktail hour, tasting by winemaker of 4 wines blind and discover the history of these old varieties. Tasting lasts approximately 2 hours, it includes an exercise in recognizing different flavors and it will familiarize you with the vocabulary of the taster.* In the process, we serve a buffet dinner (drinks and wine included)* Overnight in double room.* Buffet breakfast served until 11am the next day.* Presentation of the history of the Cistercian Bonnevaux and activities used for nearly 7 centuries by monks: growing wine, producing wood, fish farming, glass and tile-works* Second night and buffet breakfast option. Vous recherchez un site pour l'organisation d'un mariage. Nous pouvons vous mettre à disposition notre château : - salle à manger pouvant accueillir 50 personnes ( 70 en prenant une partie de la salle de danse pour les tables enfants) - salle de danse - salle de détente (billard) - parc arboré, pourvu d'une chapelle ancienne en bois, ( Si vous souhaitez réaliser le repas en extérieur et accueillir plus de monde). - cuisine, non professionnelle, pour la préparation des plats par un traiteur (Nous pouvons vous fournir l'adresse d'un traiteur si vous le souhaitez). Par ailleurs, nous disposons de 5 chambres et un appartement, pouvant loger sur place une partie de vos invités (15 personnes environs). [-] |
