Our tableVous serez gâtés par Pascal aux fourneaux, cuisinier professionnel depuis 1979; Il vous concoctera de goûteux petits plats typiquement Cévenols et Méridionaux qu’ il agrémente d’ une touche de simplicité et de générosité, aux chaudes senteurs de cèpe, châtaigne, pélardon, ail, olive, thym... Le tout cuisiné avec nos légumes du potager et des viandes et fromages des producteurs locaux. Les dîners servis sous la tonnelle ou à notre table familiale débutent par le traditionnel 'Apéritif maison', puis entrée, plat principal, salade, fromages, dessert... Le tout arrosé de nos vins régionaux. Soirées barbecue, paëlla et pizzas au four à pain. Au petit déjeuner très copieux, vous dégusterez nos confitures (sureau, myrtille, framboise, mirabelle...) crème de marron et jus de pomme... Le tout 'Maison'. Panier-rando pour le midi avec sac isotherme fourni (sur commande la veille). diner -17 €/pers -12€/enf |      |
