You stay in an old presshouse which has been renovated in the spirit of preserving the authenticity of the place. The impressive structure of this old press is beautifully showcased. You will enjoy the comfort of this large house very close to the greenway and the small medieval town of character Domfront en Poiraie with all its amenities. Located in the heart of a quiet and pleasant countryside of Lower Normandy. In the house there are 3 bedrooms with bathroom and wd and an upper floor with a family room with bathroom and wc. Ample parking for 4 cars and a barn near the gîte where you can park your bikes / motorcycles safely. To ensure a perfect stay, Le Pressoir offers you a spacious living room with exposed beams, a kitchen where you can have a coffee, tea or heat something or microwave. It is with great pride that we present our new room! Located in the renovated barn opposite the gîte, our new room, with its private terrace under a lean-to, overlooks the countryside. The large panoramic windows offer a magnificent view of the hedges and fields through which the deer pass in the evening. Completely independent, this large room of 30 m² in contemporary style retains the character of the old barn. Equipped with a kitchenette* with microwave, fridge and coffee and tea making facilities, it has a large 180/200 bed and a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower. You can also enjoy a jacuzzi, outdoor sauna (paying) and a swimming pool (6mx4m) it is tempered by a solar heating system-heat pump (May-September, and more depending on weather conditions) with terrace, shower solar and pétanque court. La Difference - Le Pressoir is well located, ideal for discovering this magnificent region rich in historical heritage. Many activities are available such as hiking or cycling (topographical guides are available in the cottage) fishing, golf, climbing and kayaking. Or just relax with an aperitif on the terraces. | |
