Entre charme et romantisme séjour de rêve à rouen

La villa gloriette est une très jolie demeure située dans un quartier très calme, à peine à 10 minutes du centre de la ville. dès l'ouverture de la porte, on change de siècle, tout est calme et paisible, la maison a une âme grâce au talent de décoratrice de Claire, la chambre Bovary est superbe, avec une jolie terrasse et une très belle vue. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux et très copieux, confitures maisons, viennoiseries, pains, jus d'orange, yaourt, fr... Catherine, Aout 2011.

Booked by mistake

We booked the hotel by mistake. But all ended well. The hotel is beautiful, the owners are wonderful, bent over backwards to accommodate us. The room was elegant and very comfortable. The bathroom stunning. I highly recomend the hotel and the owners.... Mitzi, Juin 2011.

Incredibly Beautiful Bed and Breakfast - 20 jan. 2011 Our stay of four nights at Villa La Gloriette was wonderful. Both Christophe and Claire made us feel very welcome from the moment of our arrival until our departure. Our room, Bovary, luxuries afforded a five star establishment. We had a small terrace to use, however, due to the weather, we chose not to sit outside. The villa is in a quiet street far enough from the city noise, but still within walking distance of all m... L'accueil fut extrêmement chaleureux, le cadre est absolument magnifique très calme et très bien situé. ma profession m'oblige à beaucoup voyager et je dois dire que j'ai rarement eut l'occasion de séjourner dans un endroit aussi agréable... Very welcoming, charming host and hostess. Felt like honored guests. Quiet, peaceful setting. Wonderfully maintained inside and outside. Beautifully appointed bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms. Excellent and delicious breakfast on terrace. Very lovely grounds and plantings with seating and convenient facilities for guests for preparation of drinks and snacks. easily found the place with good directions.
extremely central - 10/15 min walk to cathedral and yet a world away from the town, in a quiet side street set behind a high wall with doors that reveal a beautiful old house set in the gardens.
rooms are gloriously grand, with great bathrooms
the madam Bovary suite is sligthly larger, although the other room offers a separate sitting room which will appeal to some - the breakfast : 6 types of local confiture including apple/calvados if only you could find thid kind of attention to detail in hotels.

The hosts wer charming and only too keen to help us explore their town find restaurants
