Nous sommes tombés sous le charme

Voilà 20 ans que nous sillonnons le Lubéron et cette maison d'hôtes nous avait échappé. Marie et Michel nous ont rapidement mis à l'aise. Le jardin et ses lavandes ainsi que la grande fontaine appellent au calme et à la sérénité. Les terrasse privatives sont très agréables, propices à une bonne sieste. Belle chambre provençale très confortable. Petits-déjeuners bien garnis. Michel aime partager ses bonnes adresses alentour. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr ! ... Christian, Juin 2014.

“we didn't want to leave”

We stayed here for 3 nights after 4 in St Remy de Provence (also to be highly recommended for a visit - do not miss the market!). After the bustle of the previous days this was an oasis of calm. The welcome was warm and friendly and the room with it's private terrace was beautifully decorated (complete with fridge - although for the tea drinking English the lack of kettle was a minor inconvenience, very minor when replaced by wine/Martini). Our terrace looked out on a lavender, olive and fig tree filled garden with the only sound being the water feature. We walked in to the village which is small but has 2 restaurants, one with superb views across the vineyard fiiled valleys to Bonnieux.(Take a torch for walking back after dark - guard goose near the castle road, all honk,no bite). The breakfast on the terrace was sublime. Homemade jams, pastries, bread, meats, cheese, fruit and yoghurts - and the international mix of guests from the 5 rooms all managed to communicate well, sharing their pleasure in the food, environment and area. We found ourselves returning early to enjoy our terrace and came away feeling thoroughly relaxed. It seems a shame to share this secret with everyone, just make sure we can book next year , we really didn't want to leave... ... Martin, Septembre 2014.

Wir können uns nur anschließen. Hatte 2 wundervolle Nächte in einem traumhaften Zimmer mit Terrasse und tollem Blick direkt auf den Lavendel im wundervollen idyllischen Garten.
Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen, Obst,,...Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt! ... Regina, Juillet 2014.

“un havre de paix, à connaître!”

Nous avons passé un agréable et trop court séjour. Cet endroit est un petit havre de paix, où il fait bon séjourner. Nous avons pu bien nous détendre sur notre terrasse privée après la découverte des magnifiques villages du Luberon. C'est un lieu idéal avec beaucoup de charme. Notre chambre Cigales était très joliment décorée, en style provençal bien sur, tout comme le reste de la propriété, très bien entretenue. Les hôtes Marie et Michel, n'y sont pas pour rien, soucieux du moindre détail, nous servaient de délicieux petits déjeuners vraiment complets, et par leur gentillesse, disponibilité et discrétion ont également contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Wir haben es sehr genossen- das clos des Lavandes ist ein kleines Juwel in der Provence; die Zimmer gemütlich, mit einer kleinen Terrasse zu dem idyllischen Garten. Die Gastgeber freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. ... Lucky, Septembre 2013.
