Spéracèdes, a welcoming village, its fabulous panoramic view has charmed so many, why not you ? We are at about 500 meters above sea level, facing the sea (10 kilometers as the crow flies), with no facing buildings, and our village is protected by the rocky outcrops of Cabris and Saint Cézaire sur Siagne. Detailed description

We offer three apartments for your stay. We labelled the largest one as Upper Apartment on our website, it meters at 80 square meters, it offers two bedrooms and a comfortable folding sofa in the living room, a Tropézienne roof terrace (with sun awning), and it can fit six people. It is equipped with Air Conditioning for yoru comfort. The fully equipped kitchen even has a dishwasher and an ice-cube machine in the large fridge. We do not provide food service, you do have your private and fully equipped kitchen. You can also find restaurants, grocery stores and shops in the village and nearby cities. [+]

Comfort - Services

Our upper apartment is equipped with a classic A/C system, our Eastern and Western apartments only require a portable unit. The beds are double (140 x 200), the bathrooms have a bath tub, a sink and a hair dryer. The pool is filled with 90 cubic meters of water, and you wll find lounge beds on its surrounding terraces. The view towards Cannes is breath-taking, our garden seems to go all the way to the sea. And each apartment ahs a private terrace, with a vew of the sea of course. We offer one... [+]

General information

Our apartments are non-smoking, you do have a private, decked terrace in each one. Pets are welcome, you will even find poo bags on our parking (and a dedicated bin). We live on the premises, so will be there if you have any question [+]

Climate and Weather

<p>Spéracèdes has a special micro-climate thanks to its geographical situation. The weather is therefore even more pelasant than in some nearby villages. As Summer's heat abound, you will be pleased to benefit from our decked terraces, and from the light breeze caused by our reasonable elevation.

We do not differenciate between low and high season, as our region is quite hospitable all year round, and the expenses in heating usually align with those for Air Conditioning. Your booking will be firm upon reception of a 30% deposit. Remainder is due upon arrival. A Guarantee Deposit of 200 € will be given to us at that time.
