My wife and I live in Missandre in Lot et Garonne where we have developed an activity "bed and breakfast" to share with you our happiness to live in this amazing and soothing place.
During your stay, you can enjoy therapeutic hypnosis sessions or relaxation.
I propose two techniques or skills: Hypnosis and the use of the sacred sounds of Tibetan bowls.
Ericksonian Hypnosis uses the Modified State of Consciousness to achieve the desired goal, defined by the patient. Sometimes a session is enough to meet needs such as: self-confidence, self-esteem, resolution of a phobia, cessation of an addiction, etc...
Hypnosis is also, and quite simply, a very good tool for a deep and restorative relaxation, a stress for example.
I also use the Tibetan Bowls to immerse you in a different relaxation, penetrating, revitalizing, energizing. The power of the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan Bols is to act, by their frequencies, on the information of our cells, your cells, on the Chakras.
To make a personal trip, unique, intense, to your deepest being, I offer massages or sound baths. Your Chakras and your mind will remember them.

In the Périgord Haut-Agenais region, the Domaine de Missandre welcomes you to a magnificent setting.
In its greenery bower, Missandre dominates the valley. 35 hectares of meadows and wood of oaks surround this superb property, allowing the holiday makers, total relaxation, sports activities and cultural with the chart.
On the spot, you can go horse riding, play tennis or go walking (gr654 footpath), or just relax by the swimming pool with family or friends.
Lovely and comfortable "gîte" of 40 m², “3 clévacances”.
It has a comfortably furnished living room with a well equipped kitchenette, a double bed in an alcove, two single beds on the mezzanine and a bathroom with wc.

There are stone walls with exposed beams and tiled or wood floors and a shady private terrace outside.

3 - Castles, picturesque villages, caves, galleries, music festivals, markets are a few more things to do on holiday. Local shops 4 kms. Food and the good things of life are part of this rich and fertile valley and there are many restaurants ranging from simple to gastronomic. This area is also a world largest fruits provider.

Two golf courses, 9 and 18 holes, are less than 10 kms away, Base ulm, and there are lakes and a nautical centre, where you can fish, swim, canoe, boat hire and cruises on the River Lot and the Canal du Midi.
There are sport parks and Walibi for children, tree top assualt courses, 30 mn drive.
