WillkommenFerme de Prémaure, a charming bed & breakfast located in Green Ardèche. Finding relaxation & renewed energy in a simple location, a genuine farm dating from 1820, with swimming pool, in the Regional Natural Park of the Monts d’Ardèche. Eric & Sophie offer a warm welcome in this old farm built in 1820 and transformed into a B&B with all modern conveniences since. This 11 hectares property is nested at a height of 800 m in a preserved natural area. It dominates and thus offers a splendid view on the Parc Naturel Régional des Monts d’Ardèche. At the heart of nature, the B&B is surrounded by forests of various varieties of trees. It has about 10 natural springs, including a main one which supplies both the B&B and the swimming pool, with very pure water. It is the ideal location to come to relax, renew your energy and find peace and quiet in a genuine and privileged setting. The 10x5m swimming pool is located on a full south-exposed plateau slightly apart from the house. It offers an unobstructed 180° panoramic view on the Monts of Ardèche (Gerbier de Jonc, Mezenc,…). It is supplied by a very pure spring water. The B&B part includes five bedrooms. All have their private bathroom. The total sleeping capacity is of about 15 people. A living room is also available to all. According to the season, you can prepare a picnic, relax or read a good book near the fireplace there. We offer “table d’hôtes” only occasionally, more frequently outside of the high season. Please check with us according to your visiting dates.
