Be part of a small group, from 5 to 8 people, in a friendly and very relaxed atmosphere, to learn new French recipes easy to remember. You will train your imagination and your creativity then surprise your friends. The session includes the making of two recipes (main course and entrée or dessert), few tricks explained by the Chef, presentation and decoration of the plates, laying of the table...
Your partner may join the lunch to taste the courses prepared !
At your office, we wish to enhance the team spirit and reinforce communication between your staff. We adapt our Cooking Training to make it a team building session.

For a successful marriage in the heart of Grande Champagne 1er Cru Cognac in the Charente. We offer a reception room (35 people maximum seating) and accommodation of guests (capacity room [15 people] & apartments [15 people]) with at least 2 nights (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) except July and August, the apartments are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Au coeur du vignoble de Grande Champagne, 1er cru du cognac
Pour un séminaire inoubliable, vos hôtes pourront allier travail et détente. La salle de réception, ancien chai de cognacs, avec ses poutres, ses moellons en pierre, à l'éclairage naturel est équipée en Wi Fi et vidéo projecteur. Ils pourront découvrir notre terroir en visitant des chais, une tonnellerie traditionnelle, circuler en Grande Champagne en vieilles voitures, avoir une approche visuelle, olfactive et gustative de cognacs de différents âges et crus.

Location salle de réception : 200 € ht(avec Wi Fi et vidéo projecteur)
Journée séminaire à partir de 8 h 30 - 18 h 00 (salle avec équipement internet et vidéo projecteur), 2 pauses et déjeuner (3 plats boissons non alcoolisées et café inclus) : 65 € ht/personne (à partir de 6 personnes). Avec bloc note, crayon et boisson individuelle par personne Journée séminaire semi-résidentiel (nuitée avec petit déjeuner + journée séminaire) : 135 € ht/personne (6 personnes minimum)Journée séminaire résidentiel (nuitée avec dîner et petit déjeuner + journée séminaire) : 160 € ht/personne (6 personnes minimum).
